Master the basics...Yoga is not about doing advanced poses but rather performing really basic poses in an advanced way. Was reminded of this at a workshop this Friday with a wonderful teacher @danielrama_ The quality of the breath, the grace with which you enter and exit the pose and the stillness of mind and body while you hold the asana focus on this and allow the rest to happen. Teaching Mondays 11am @lightrailyoga

Sometimes what may look like a failure on the outside can be a blessing in disguise. Where are you “failing” and can you turn it into a learning opportunity? Thanks Radha and Benjamin for the chance to teach Wednesday mornings and thanks to all of you who shared this space with me :) It truly was the best post-partum antidote. I will miss my Wednesday morning spot but I’ll still teach Monday’s at 11am. Welcoming more lessons, and the opportunity to grow and work on myself. #yogaoffthemat #yoga #practiceandalliscoming

I was once told this technique. I use it whenever things get tough just try it.
